We sell a wide variety of eyelashes, it is recommend that you are satisfied with your chosen items prior to making the purchase.

If an exchange is granted, it will be like for like and not an alternative eyelash style.
How to Request a Refund/Exchange
If a refund or exchange is necessary please contact us via email:
Please include your name, order ID and a photograph of the defective product.
Once the request has been received, we will review the content and make a decision whether a refund or exchange is honoured.
If granted we will send you the returning address.
Our aim to deal with your request within 2 - 5 working days.
Please note Snatched Beauty are not
responsible for paying shipping costs on returned/exchanged items.
We will try our utmost to get the exchanged product to you as soon as possible.
